HOPE! wikipedia defines hope as: “A belief in a positive outcome related to events and circumstances in one’s life. For what you pay for (or are not paying) on  small home, you could rent a mini mansionExample:   This home is in San Bernardino County the mortgage is 399,000.  With a 7 % interest rate the payment is about$ 2654.55. plus taxes and insurance $3150 per month. Its now worth about 130,000 They may never modify the loan. Even though they make you think they will. So instead, why not short sale your home and rent a nicer home? According to statistics the sister program HAMP has been able to help about 9% of homeowners in trouble. According to some experts 2010 is set as year of recovery, largely in part to lender participation in short sales. We have been working for years trying to convince lenders that it was in there best interest to accept short sales. We have saved many people from the damaging affects of foreclosure on the record.
